Project Description
This bespoke development of five, spacious, high quality homes has a mature black poplar tree at it's heart.
The layout has been carefully planned to protect and preserve the tree within a central green-space, a central focal point for the residents to enjoy.
A mixture of external materials and subtle features have been incorporated into the building designs, albeit, these have remained generally traditional in appearance so that the development sits comfortably within into its rural surroundings.
We worked closely with the planners from an early stage to ensure that this prominent site received the attention to detail which it deserved.
The site is currently under construction (2020) and we are working with the contractor during this process.
