The client approached us following the purchase of a dilapidated farm house and, after careful consideration over whether renovations would be feasible, it was agreed to design a replacement dwelling, which would better cater for their needs.

We worked closely with the client throughout the whole process, obtaining planning permission and building regulation approval and during the construction process addressing any site queries, ensuring their aspirations were met.

The end result, a bespoke modern family home, respecting the historical character of the original farmhouse.
