This local, well established business, wishing to expand its high street retail presence, acquired the adjoining property with a view to extending into it.
However, upon inspection, it was decided that demolition and rebuilding was the preferred option, creating a purpose built extension to the existing showroom whilst maintaining the character and form of the existing street frontage.
Construction is due to commence in summer 2020.
