Project Description
An old decrepit metal clad building, well past its useful life, was replaced by a traditional style hall for the village built from natural stone walls with clay pantile roofs and timber sliding sash windows.
Local fund-raising and the winning of a lottery grant enabled the new hall to be completed, which was designed to be energy efficient with a renewable energy heating system in the form of a ground source heat pump.
