As part of the East Riding of Yorkshire council's search for new housing sites over their next plan period, we assisted a local land owner in preparing Master-plans for a couple of sites.

The proposed developments were purely residential, one for circa 150 units and one for circa 270 units, together with well planned greenspaces, strategic planting and fully considered highway strategies.

An analysis of the context and site constraints and a good understanding of housing principles resulted in realistic proposals in terms of numbers and workable plot layouts, ensuring the scheme would move to the next design stage with confidence.

We worked in conjunction with other consultants, including DPP Planning, to bring together a comprehensive, submission.
